If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the application. These terms apply to all users, including casual visitors, registered users, and paying customers. Your use of Ganu Invoice indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Ganu Invoice in any way—including downloading the application, creating an account, or generating invoices—you explicitly confirm that you have read, thoroughly understood, and completely agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, or if you are not at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may not use Ganu Invoice. GanuLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the application following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. 2. License to Use

GanuLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use Ganu Invoice on compatible devices for personal or business invoicing purposes. This license is conditional on your compliance with these Terms of Service. Here are the specific terms of your license:

• <strong>Unlimited Invoice Generation:</strong> You may generate an unlimited number of invoices at no cost during the free trial period or paid subscription period. Each invoice you create is designed to be professional, legally compliant, and ready for business use.
• <strong>Intellectual Property Restrictions:</strong> You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on Ganu Invoice. The application's code, design, functionality, and user interface are protected intellectual property owned by GanuLabs.
• <strong>Permitted Uses:</strong> You may use Ganu Invoice to create invoices for your business transactions, track payments, manage client relationships, and maintain business records. You may share generated invoices with your clients and customers for legitimate business purposes.
• <strong>Prohibited Commercial Uses:</strong> You may not use Ganu Invoice for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose. You may not create invoices with false information, manipulated amounts, or falsified signatures for any person or entity. You may not use the application to scam, defraud, or deceive anyone.
• <strong>No Resale or Transfer:</strong> You may not sell, lease, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer your license to use Ganu Invoice to any third party without our explicit written permission.

3. User Accounts and Data Security

If you choose to create an account and enable cloud synchronization features in Ganu Invoice, you are solely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password, PIN, biometric data, and any authentication tokens. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. GanuLabs will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access that results from your failure to maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. 4. User Content and Data Ownership

Ganu Invoice is designed to respect your ownership of the data you create. All invoices, business information, client details, itemized content, and any other data you input into Ganu Invoice remain your exclusive property:

• <strong>Data Ownership and Rights:</strong> We do not claim any ownership, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights to your invoices, business details, client information, or any content you create using Ganu Invoice. All such content remains your exclusive property. You retain complete ownership and all rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your invoices as you see fit for legitimate business purposes.
• <strong>Your Responsibility for Content:</strong> You are solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and appropriate use of all invoices and content you generate using Ganu Invoice. This includes ensuring that invoice amounts are correct, tax calculations are accurate for your jurisdiction, client information is current, and all business details are truthful and legitimate.
• <strong>Liability for Accuracy:</strong> GanuLabs does not assume responsibility for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in your invoices. While we provide tools and templates to help you create professional invoices, you must verify all information before sending invoices to clients. We strongly recommend reviewing your invoices for accuracy before distribution.
• <strong>Legal Compliance Your Responsibility:</strong> It is your responsibility to ensure that all invoices you generate comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and tax requirements. Ganu Invoice is provided as a tool to facilitate invoice generation, but GanuLabs cannot provide legal or tax advice specific to your situation.

5. Prohibited Uses and Activities

You agree not to use Ganu Invoice, or any of its features or services, for any purpose or activity that is illegal, unethical, unauthorized, or violates these Terms of Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• <strong>Illegal Activities:</strong> Engage in any activity that violates any applicable national, state, provincial, local, or international law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or legal requirement. This includes but is not limited to fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, and other illegal activities.
• <strong>Fraud and Deception:</strong> Create, forge, falsify, or modify invoices for fraudulent purposes. This includes creating fake invoices to deceive clients, manipulating invoice amounts, falsifying signatures, impersonating legitimate businesses, or using Ganu Invoice to facilitate any scam or fraudulent scheme.
• <strong>Harm and Exploitation:</strong> Create content or engage in activities that exploit, harm, abuse, endanger, or attempt to exploit or harm any minor or vulnerable person. This includes any activity that facilitates child exploitation or any form of abuse.
• <strong>Technical Disruption:</strong> Interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable, or impair Ganu Invoice or its servers, networks, databases, or services. This includes introducing viruses, malware, harmful code, or engaging in unauthorized access attempts.
• <strong>Impersonation:</strong> Impersonate, misrepresent, or falsely claim to be any person, entity, business, or organization. Create invoices that falsely represent you as another person or business entity.
• <strong>Intellectual Property Violations:</strong> Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity. Do not use Ganu Invoice to create content that violates copyright, trademark, or patent rights.
• <strong>Threatening Behavior:</strong> Engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, or any abusive conduct toward any person or entity through Ganu Invoice.
• <strong>Spam and Unwanted Communications:</strong> Use Ganu Invoice to send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or unwanted messages to any person or entity.
• <strong>Sharing and Redistribution:</strong> Publicly distribute, share, or sell access to Ganu Invoice, create modified versions for redistribution, or use the application to provide services to third parties without authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GANU INVOICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no warranties regarding the application, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property rights, or compliance with any specific standards. Specifically, we do not guarantee that: (1) Ganu Invoice will operate continuously, reliably, error-free, or uninterrupted; (2) any errors or defects in the application will be corrected or fixed; (3) the application will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or software versions; (4) the application will meet your specific business needs or expectations; (5) any invoices generated by Ganu Invoice will be legally compliant, acceptable to clients, or meet tax requirements in your specific jurisdiction; (6) your data will remain secure or will not be lost or corrupted; or (7) any third-party services integrated with Ganu Invoice will continue to function or remain available. You use Ganu Invoice entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for backing up your data regularly.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GANULABS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF GANU INVOICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF GANULABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and includes but is not limited to: (1) loss of business, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (2) loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data; (3) service interruptions or unavailability; (4) any invoices generated that are inaccurate, non-compliant with laws, or rejected by clients; (5) third-party claims related to your use of the application; or (6) any costs associated with substitute goods or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you. In jurisdictions that do permit limitation of liability, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for using Ganu Invoice in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms and Services

GanuLabs reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Ganu Invoice or any aspect of these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. We may modify the functionality of the application, change pricing, introduce new features, or remove existing features at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the application, email notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Ganu Invoice following any notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to any changes, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the application.
