Stylify Terms of Use

Welcome to Stylify! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stylify mobile application ("App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stylify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the AI styling features and recommendations

3. User Accounts

To use Stylify, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

When you upload photos of your clothing items ("User Content"), you:

• Retain all ownership rights to your User Content
• Grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your User Content to provide AI-powered recommendations
• Represent that you have the right to upload the User Content
• Agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

5. AI Recommendations

Stylify uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that recommendations will always be suitable for your needs. Fashion choices are subjective, and you are solely responsible for your final outfit decisions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape or collect data from the App using automated means

7. Subscription and Payments

Stylify offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription, which will be billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Stylify immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and User Content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
