Math Tools Terms of Use

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATH TOOLS AND GANULABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CALCULATION ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GanuLabs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
